Insist humiliating absence from royal balcony was THEIR idea

OUTCASTS Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan, are trying to save face after Queen Elizabeth banned them from hanging with the rest of the family on the prestigious palace viewing balcony for her Platinum Jubilee celebrations, royal sources dish.
