Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie

The former socialites were friends since childhood and shot to fame in the 2000s with their hit reality TV show The Simple Life. But the friendship soured in 2005 when Paris spoke about wanting a new costar, later confirming, 'It's no big secret that Nicole and I are no longer friends.'

The pair reconciled in 2007 for the show's final season, making up on camera. Since then, Paris, 44, and Nicole, 43, have remained friends - and last year reunited on screen for a new reality show, Paris and Nicole: The Encore.

Madonna and Elton John

Two of the biggest names in music have put an end to their decades-long feud. Sir Elton John, 78, sparked the fallout back in 2004 after he accused Madonna of lip-syncing when she was nominated for Best Live Act at the Q Awards.
