I can't have been the only one who spat out my cuppa in utter disbelief when I saw the Duchess of Sussex's 'dropping it low' dancing video.

She posted it on her Instagram page to mark Princess Lilibet's fourth birthday. But it was the most bizarre video - in which a heavily pregnant Meghan (plus dad dude cameos from Prince Harry) dances to the song The Baby Momma Dance - I think I've ever seen!

Let's put aside (for a moment) that most of us when about to give birth are just so shattered and fed up, the most we can do is bounce up and down ona yoga ball.
