Automobile photography is a unique field. How did you start in this genre, and what inspired you to focus on automotive subjects?

I’ve been obsessed with cars since before I can remember. My father was definitely the one that fuelled that passion when I was little but I brought it to a whole new level that I don’t think he could have ever imagined. It’s all I really cared about when I was young. At first, I wanted to be an automotive designer and have that be my foot into the door of the industry I wanted to work in. Despite being very passionate about the design side of things, I was never good enough at drawing or creative enough to be forward thinking in design. Somehow at some time I started getting interested in photography and quickly realised I should maybe combine these two passions and maybe that was my way into working in the automotive industry and giving me access to all the unattainable cars I lusted after… the rest is history.

How would you describe your photographic style, and how has it evolved over the years?
