I was deeply shocked by the incident at St Joseph's Church, where Reverend Christopher Lee was attacked (Man attacked priest with folding knife during communion; police found 5 weapons in his possession, Nov 10).
Such an act of violence in a place of peace and reflection, especially here in Singapore, is both disturbing and unsettling. I pray for Rev Lee's swift recovery and strength and comfort for those affected by this traumatic event.
