THE Chowringhee Assembly constituency under the Kolkata South electoral district has recorded the highest number of 71,505 uncollectable enumeration forms (EFs) during the ongoing special intensive revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in West Bengal, according to Election Commission sources.

Uncollectable EFs mean that they cannot be collected by boothlevel officers (BLOs) during the SIR with applicants’ signatures. The prime reasons for EFs deemed uncollectable are categorised as ASDD (absent, shifted, dead and duplicate).
