Al Falah founder fudged papers to acquire land: ED

THE Enforcement Directorate (ED) probe has revealed that Jawad Ahmed Siddiqui, chairman and founder of Al Falah University, allegedly fraudulently acquired land in Madanpur Khadar, southeast Delhi, by forging documents in the names of deceased landowners.
The investigation revealed that Siddiqui's private company, Tarbiya Education Foundation, used falsified powers of attorney to acquire multiple land parcels, including a key plot in Khasra No. 792, for ₹75 lakh.
Siddiqui, arrested last week on money laundering charges, is currently in ED custody.
