From the grand halls of the World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur, we saw flags from across the world side by side a visual symphony of colour and connection. Inside the World Trade Centre, the air buzzed with excitement, handshakes and conversations

The Global Travel Meet 2025 held at the World Trade Centre was organised by Tourism Malaysia in collaboration with International Travel Associations, the event marked a pivotal moment for the nation's tourism industry as it prepares for visit Malaysia Year and served as a vibrant kick off for 2026

From the bustling exhibition halls to the sparkling gala dinner, the Global Travel Meet 2025 captured the essence of Malaysian charm, ambition and hospitality promising a bright future for global tourism partnerships.

During three days from October 1 to 3rd delegates explored Malaysia's evolving travel landscape its cultural cities, serene islands and adventure escapes all presented under the Visit Malaysia 2026 campaign which promises to make the country the heart of Asian Tourism once again.

The campaign aimed to position Malaysia as a top travel destination in the coming years in campaigning the country's rich cultural heritage, vibrant cities and stunning natural landscapes.
