The benefits of recovery clothing after exercising

Not because they know better but because they assume the advice doesn't apply to them.

It's human nature: We can all find reasons to ignore good guidance, even when it comes from someone who genuinely wants to help us live a healthier, more active life.

One of my biggest pet peeves is when someone makes a negative assumption without asking a single question.

Whether it's scepticism, cynicism or simple misunderstanding, the result is the same: Avoidable problems and missed opportunities to feel better.

And this behaviour isn't limited to health - it affects many aspects of life.
