Will the new Broad Marsh link up with the City of Caves?

DISCUSSIONS are going on over the role Nottingham's underground caves will play in the major plan to transform Broad Marsh.

Talks are focused on whether the redevelopment of the former Broadmarsh shopping centre could connect with the City of Caves attraction.
Access to the caves was moved in preparation for Broadmarsh's planned redevelopment - aborted when former owner Intu collapsed in 2020.
The main entrance was moved from the upper mall in the shopping centre to the bottom of the steps at the back of the Nottingham Contemporary art gallery, but the operator, the National Justice Museum, wants to change this.
