JAMIE Oliver has dished out his top tips for ensuring your Christmas turkey is a "right royal feast" this festive season.

The celebrity chef has spilled the beans on how to rustle up the “perfect” roast dinner complete with all the trimmings.

In a YouTube video tutorial, 50-year-old Jamie began: “If I could give you anything this Christmas, it will be the foundations of the perfect roast Christmas dinner.”

According to the chef, these crucial foundations boil down to three key elements - the turkey, the roast potatoes and the gravy.
