Bus involved in Monday's horror smash with two other vehicles

FLORAL tributes yesterday marked the scene of the latest road tragedy to plunge a community - and the country - into grief.

News of the three-vehicle crash in Meath involving a car, bus and truck broke on Monday morning just days after the nation grieved five lives lost in a crash in Louth.

The drivers of both the lorry and bus were pronounced dead at the scene in Gormanston on Monday.

Wesley O'Reilly, who was in his late 40s and from the Skerries area in north Co Dublin, was the driver of the lorry.

And Paul Conway, who was in his 50s, was behind the wheel of the bus.

The car driver a woman in her 40s and a teenage girl, who was a passenger of the vehicle, were taken to hospital with serious injuries.
