The Starting Point

Shaw studied brewing at Ballarat College in Australia after attaining her undergraduate degree in biology from Bangalore University. Limited opportunities for women in the industry necessitated her shift to biotechnology, then a rapidly growing field. However, the nascent state of the industry in India posed challenges in securing employment. Undeterred, she started her own company.
