Three of the firm's most recent assignments exemplify this self-aware approach: a modern, luxurious loft concept at the Olloi condominium, a Regency Park residence bathed in contemporary appeal, and a semi-detached house at Seletar Hills that was transformed into a modern farmhouse.

LOFT LIVING

Designed as a warm family home defined by efficiency and modernity, this apartment at the Olloi condominium was realised through a combination of space planning, material selection and lighting design.

The space is shared by the owner and his three children, with an area of 1,625 sq ft, which made the introduction of ample yet streamlined storage solutions paramount. Feng shui principles played a pivotal role in the harmonious placement of furniture and the choice of colours, complementing the team’s design direction.
