Laughing happily, Queen Letizia of Spain and Queen Rania of Jordan were clearly delighted to be reunited for a royal engagement together
The two royals were in Madrid to visit a youth project and shared a warm embrace and kiss when they met up.
Rania was on a flying two-day visit to Spain with her husband, King Abdullah, and their youngest son, 18-year-old Prince Hashem, and made the most of her time with Letizia.
Congratulations were also in order: the occasion marked the ninth anniversary since Letizia’s husband King Felipe ascended to the throne.
