With an increasingly faster pace, the fashion system must indeed look to solutions from a past when there was still time to innovate, when garment construction excellence was the norm and the tool to win against competitors. In regards to streetwear and sportswear for example, the position of a pocket on a military jacket was pondered on to the millimetre.
