For this month's cover story we have an aesthetically pleasing, modern, unconventional and dynamic office space at De'Caves located in Vadodara designed by Ar. Parth Chitte of Chitte Architects. Manish Kumat Design Cell designed an extension to the old block of the Indore Residency Club which is a perfect blend of heritage and modernism; the interiors radiate warmth and richness. The design of the club epitomizes a seamless blend of the old and new, retaining the old-world charm in the new extension. Ar. Nitish Goel and his team of Conarch Architects designed a multi-level Penthouse Pāfekuto in a high-rise building at Ghaziabad, where the design approach is centered on transforming generic apartment units into a functional, versatile and inspiring living space that honours client specific needs and reflects their lifestyle. Taking cue from archaic and traditional architecture, Ar. Abhigyan Neogi of Chromed Design Studio created a marvelous spectacle of luxury and grandeur at Ophelia, The Ashok Hotel, New Delhi, beautifully exhibiting the epitome of unprecedented interior innovations. Lehar sa Resort at Madhai, Suhagpur in Madhya Pradesh has been planned and contextually designed by Ar. Akshay Selukar of H & A Consultants to integrate the layout with the existing contours to create a sustainable design solution by its layout, the use of materials and the orientation of all the buildings. Interior designer Saniya Kantawala designed a restaurant The Terrace at Andheri in Mumbai creating a visually enticing space that could allure and mesmerise customers as soon as they step inside. Imperial College campus at Bargarh in Odisha has been designed as a modern sustainable design by Ar. Alok Ranjan Sahoo of Design Square, Bhubaneswar on the principle of 'Sustainable Campus Development'. Pune based architect duo Gouri Deshpande and Ammeya Gogate of Studio G+A created an open, enticing and functional office space at Ratnagiri in Maharashtra. May you relish reading…
