>>A CULLOMPTON councillor has raised the alarm over what he says are mounting breaches of safety and environmental rules at a major housing development on Tiverton Road - warning that heavy construction traffic poses a growing danger to schoolchildren.

Speaking at a meeting of Cullompton Town Council, Councillor James Buczkowski confirmed he had submitted a formal complaint to Mid Devon District Council's planning enforcement team.
