Oct 27 South Africa (Greyville) form analysis

RACE 1 (2,000M)

(11) CHEERSCHEERSCHEERS was disappointing last run but had the worst of the draws.

He has sone some promise and meets a modest field.

(5) INTRO has been knocking at the door without much luck. She should feature in the money again.

(9) RED FRED showed some improvement when going 1,600m for the first time on the Poly. He could be coming to hand.

(1) GIMMETHEGOLD has only had two starts over shorter and was not too far back. Up in trip with first time blinkers.

RACE 2 (1,600M)

(1) KANAAL SKATER enjoyed the step-up in trip at his last win. He got just a three-point raise in the handicap and can do it again.

(3) SAFE TRAVEL returns from a break after winning his maiden. He looks progressive and is one to watch in the market.

(6) RUN TO RIO has come well of late and was a close-up second over course and distance last time.

(2) RAGNAR THE KING was game in defeat last run. A repeat can see him close again.

RACE 3 (1,600M)

(1) ONE PATH was a beaten favourite last run but may just have needed it. She looks the part.

(4) NAUTICAL LANDING is never far back and ran two fair races since her overdue maiden win. The step-up in trip could suit.

(9) PROM QUEEN switches to the Poly. She had a tough draw last run but is never far back.
