MASSIVE SEIZURES REPORTED ALONG BORDERS WITH MP AND RAJASTHAN

GOVERNMENT authorities in Gujarat have seized liquor worth ₹38.89 crore as of January 25, 2026, despite it being a dry state.
The state government revealed these figures in the Assembly in response to a question asked by Imran Khedawala, the Congress MLA from the Jamalpur-Khadiya constituency in Ahmedabad. Khedawala had demanded to know the details of liquor seized at check posts along the borders with Madhya Pradesh and Rajas-than in the past two years.
