INAUGURATING a pay ward at the Government Thanjavur Medical College Hospital (TMCH), Minister for Medical and Family Welfare Ma Subramanian on Sunday said work is on to establish such wards in nine more district government hospitals.
With the inauguration of the pay ward at TMCH, the number of government hospitals in the state with the ward has increased to 13, he added.
