There's a quiet kind of bravery in choosing to start over. For many young professionals, especially women, there's a subtle pressure to follow a neatly laid out path. But as one inspiring woman in the motoring industry has shown, sometimes the most rewarding turns come from veering off course.

Her career was once rooted firmly in media and journalism. It was a space she had mastered, a space that felt comfortable, even fulfilling. "It was incredibly fulfilling for a time," she said. "But when I felt the call for something new, I upskilled, took the leap and embraced change."

Her decision to pivot into public relations and the automotive industry was not made lightly. It came with uncertainty, doubt and the daunting task of learning an entirely new industry from scratch. And in that leap she found not only success but purpose.
