SWD Reasi organises Samajik Adhikarita Shivir for distribution of Aids & Appliances to Divyangjans

Social Welfare Department Reasi in collaboration with ALIMCO, a central agency, organized a distribution camp for free distribution of Aids & Appliances to Divyangs and Senior Citizens at Sungri, a far flung area of of Tehsil Mahore, district Reasi.
In the camp, the eligible beneficiaries were provided with free of cost 24 Wheelchairs, 07 Hand-Propelled Tricycles, 03 Motorized Tricycles, 50 Hearing Aids, Walking sticks, and Crutches by ALIMCO.
The aim of the camp was to distribute free aids & appliances to all the targeted Divyangjans with 40% or more benchmark disability and Senior Citizens with age of 60 years and above under ADIP and RVY schemes respectively.
