Paralympian Lauren Steadman has become the first Ambassador for Portsmouth-based fostering organisation Fair Ways.

Lauren Steadman
The 32-year-old will be working to raise awareness of what Fair Ways does in education, family, residential and community services.
She will also be engaging directly with the young people and adults the organisation supports, sharing her story and helping inspire confidence, self-belief and hope.
