DAVID de Gea may well have played his last match as United's first-choice goalkeeper.
The Spaniard is expected to sign a new deal at United in the coming weeks and while his Old Trafford career is expected to be extended, his time as the club's go-to goalkeeper looks to be over.
Erik ten Hag recently revealed that the Spaniard will no longer be a guaranteed starter and so the hunt for his replacement has clearly already started.
A few names have emerged as potential targets for the club.
M.E.N. Sport recently revealed that United are interested in a move for Anderlecht's Bart Verbruggen. The 20-year-old is an undoubted talent and has had a good season in Belgium.
During the 2021/22 campaign, the 'keeper made 37 appearances for Anderlecht, conceding 45 goals and amassing 13 clean sheets in the process, also receiving a call-up to the Netherlands squad and being named the Belgian side's player of the season.
