My lovely Joyce won people over with her fabulous smile

THE husband of a woman tragically killed in a bus crash in Manchester city centre after the couple had been to see a film has paid tribute to 'a loving mother, sister and wife!

Joyce Bacon died when a double-decker bus collided with three pedestrians in Piccadilly Gardens.

The horrendous incident, involving a Stagecoach double-decker, took place at 9.25pm on Sunday.

Joyce was with her husband Ian at the time. The pair had been to the cinema that evening to see the 'Top Gun Maverick' film, Greater Manchester Police said in a statement.
