Trainer called thug a 'good bloke'

BOXING trainer Jamie Moore refused to answer questions on his past public support for Daniel Kinahan yesterday.

Moore trains Chantelle Cameron, who will fight Katie Taylor in a massive world title bout at Dublin's 3Arena on May 20.

Moore, who has no connection with criminality, was shot outside the villa of Kinahan in Marbella in August 2014 in a case of mistaken identity.

He trained fighters for MTK Global - the company owned by the cartel boss for many years.

In February 2018, Moore posted his support on Twitter for a boycott of the Irish media by MTK Global because of what was written here about Kinahan's links to the company. In an interview with The Guardian, Moore described Kinahan as a "good bloke".
