Mayor fears 'someone will die' in violence linked to Traveller feud

THIS is the moment a man was sent somersaulting into the air after a car was driven at him during a mass brawl outside a shopping centre.

Four people are receiving hospital treatment after the incidents in a car park of Tesco on the Headford Road in Galway at around 6pm on Sunday.

In one video shared widely on social media, a large crowd is gathered when a black car drives at speed past them before turning back and going straight at a number of people.

One man is sent flying into the air, while another is knocked off his feet.

The black car then leaves the scene with its number plate on the front hanging off and damage to the windscreen.
