HEALTH Minister Stephen Donnelly was told to "get your act together" as TDs quizzed him over the new National Maternity Hospital.
He faced tough questions on why the Government is leasing the building land from the Religious Sisters of Charity instead of owning it outright.
And now a request to delay any Cabinet decision on the new hospital is to be sent to Mr Donnelly as Opposition TDs look for clarity on this.
Sinn Fein's health spokesman David Cullinane said the Oireachtas Health Committee is seeking a “reasonable” delay to enable the Saint Vincent's Holding Group to appear before the Committee.
