Fitness latest on Louie Barry ahead of crunch Derby showdown

Hull City have been given a clean bill of health ahead of Saturday's mammoth MKM Stadium showdown with relegation rivals Derby County.

The Tigers will welcome back Matt Crooks from suspension after he sat out the win over Preston North End on Easter Monday, following his two yellow cards in five minutes on Good Friday in the defeat at Swansea City.

City, of course, will still be without long-term absentees Eliot Matazo, Liam Millar and Mohamed Belloumi along with the suspended Oscar Zambrano, but there is positive news on Louie Barry.

The on-loan Aston Villa playmaker is primed to return to training at Cottingham on Monday after his knee ligament injury, and is expected to be on the flight to Portsmouth on Friday afternoon, with the 21-year-old set to feature in the final day clash at Fratton Park.
