Manu Bhaker finishes 6th, Chain Singh 7th in ISSF World Cup in Munich

It turned out to be a disappointing day for Indians at the ISSF Munich World Cup with Manu Bhaker (25m pistol) and seasoned Chain Singh (50m rifle 3P) making early exits in the final.
NEW DELHI:
Double Olympic medallist Bhaker showed her class in the qualification as she shot a brilliant 298/300 in the rapid-fire round to make it to the final. She was in 15th place after the precision round (290) on Tuesday. Asian Games medallist Esha Singh, on the other hand, was placed fourth after the precision stage (294) but fell back to 11th in the second stage (291).
