Suspect, 36, in court accused of sword attack murder of true scholar’ Daniel

A MAN was set to appear in court today charged with the murder of 14-year-old Daniel Anjorin in a sword rampage.
Marcus Arduini Monzo, 36, was due before Westminster magistrates' court over the attack in Hainault.
Police were called to reports of a car crashing into a house and people being stabbed at about 7am on Tuesday. Daniel suffered fatal stab wounds and four other people, including two police officers, were injured.
Met Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley said one officer suffered "horrifically serious" arm wounds, while the other sustained a hand injury. Monzo, a dual Spanish-Brazilian national, of Newham, was charged last night with murder, two counts of attempted murder, grievous bodily harm, aggravated burglary and possession of a bladed article.
