SEAN DYCHE believes the performance was as important as the result against Arsenal last Saturday.

But when his Everton side rock up at Anfield on Monday night he will know it is all about the scoreline.

Toffees fans will not care how a win comes if they manage just their second against Liverpool away this century.

But they will still be hoping for the same fight they showed in Dyche's first game in charge against the Gunners, when they landed their first win since October with a spirited performance against the league leaders.

"There are still layers on top of that performance, we can deal with the ball better at times," said Dyche.
