THE KILLER of Nairn banker Alistair Wilson may have hidden in a nearby bandstand watching the police activity before making his getaway.
Bank manager Alistair, 30, had finished getting his two young sons ready for bed when a gunman shot him on the doorstep of his home 18 years ago.
An investigation by Police Scot- H land has revealed that they believe the victim was involved in a minor dispute with the local Havelock pub which was opposite his home.
