Gywnedd and Conwy have been particularly affected as well as parts of Denbighshire and Wrexham.
There were numerous flood alerts in place across North Wales yesterday after heavy downpours on Tuesday evening.
The latest warning yesterday covered a huge stretch of coastline in Gwynedd and Ceredigion.
Natural Resources Wales warned that the combination of a high tide and the weather could cause issues all the way from the Menai Strait to Borth in Ceredigion.
