A MUM who went missing on her regular dog walk had been on a work conference call when she vanished, police have revealed.
Nicola Bulley, 45, was last seen at 9.15 am on Friday as she followed her normal route along a towpath three miles from her home.
Nicola’s partner, Paul Ansell, said his family are living in “perpetual hell” as he tries to console “two little girls that need their mummy home”.
The alarm was raised by a member of the public who spotted Nicola’s brown springer spaniel, Willow, running loose along the river in the village of St Michaels on Wyre, near Preston, at about 10.30 am.
Police told the Mirror they began searching immediately after arriving at the scene to find Nicola’s phone on a bench, still connected to the work conversation.
