'I am in a nightmare I can't wake up from'

Agony for mum of lad killed with 3 friends on camping trip

THE mother of one of four boys killed in a car crash during a camping trip said yesterday she was in a "nightmare I wish I could wake up from".

Crystal Owen revealed her grief over Harvey, 17, who died with friends Jevon Hirst, 16, Wilf Fitchett, 17, and Hugo Morris, 18, when their Ford Fiesta overturned into water. 

The bodies the of missing Shrewsbury College students were found near a remote Snowdonia road.

Crystal said: "I feel like I'm in a nightmare I wish I could wake up from. I do appreciate people's kindness but no amount of messages is going to help me overcome this." 

She added: "Nothing will make this nightmare go away."

Wilf's girlfriend Maddi Corfield wrote: "I'm going to miss you forever. Thank you for loving me endlessly. I promise I'll do the same for you, my sweet, sweet angel."
