AIA Revamps Vitality with New Rewards

November 27, 2025

AIA Thailand marks a decade of AIA Vitality with a refreshed programme featuring cashback bonuses and monthly lifestyle rewards designed to motivate healthier living nationwide.

AIA Thailand has unveiled the revamped “New AIA Vitality for Every Step Toward Better Health,” marking the 10th anniversary of the company’s flagship health and wellness programme. The enhanced version introduces two major features — a Vitality Bonus, offering cashback of up to 20% of the standard annual premium, and Monthly Rewards, designed to give members frequent, tangible incentives to maintain healthy habits.

The refreshed programme reinforces AIA’s commitment to helping people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives. With more than 900,000 members nationwide, AIA Vitality has grown into Thailand's largest health engagement platform, integrating behavioural science, digital tools and broad partner networks to promote sustainable wellness.

A key update is the new Vitality Bonus. Members now receive cashback starting from the first policy year, without needing to accumulate points beforehand. Depending on their Vitality status, customers can earn up to 20% cashback for critical illness plans and up to 15% for health insurance plans.

Complementing this is the Monthly Rewards feature. Members can redeem lifestyle rewards every month through e-Coupons on the AIA+ application, choosing from benefits such as movie tickets, online streaming services, spa and massage treatments, coffee, smoothies and healthy meals. The higher a member's Vitality status, the more reward choices they unlock.

STRONG COMMITMENT TO BUILDING A HEALTHIER THAILAND
