For eighteen years, the International Women's Day Awards by the Public Diplomacy Forum have stood as a distinguished platform dedicated to recognising the achievements of women across diverse sectors.

Founded by Mrs. Ratan Kaul under the patronage of Padma Vibhushan Dr. Sonal Mansingh, the initiative was envisioned as a space where excellence would be acknowledged with dignity, seriousness, and cultural depth.

Over nearly two decades, the International Women's Day Awards have evolved into a respected annual gathering that brings together leaders, diplomats, entrepreneurs, artists, media voices, and changemakers who continue to shape public discourse and national progress.
