PURITY: CONCENTRATE VS. ISOLATE
Most proteins have both a concentrate and isolate form. The main diff erence: How much pure protein you’ll fi nd in each powder. A protein isolate is purer, with anywhere from 85 to 95% of the powder coming from protein.
