KATE WINSLET 'I FEEL SUPER GROUNDED IN MYSELF'

After nearly three decades of screen stardom, Kate Winslet has reached the point where she's found the perfect balance between work and family. "I feel really grateful getting to choose when I can [take time] off, so I don't feel I'm missing out on life or key moments in my children's lives," says the Oscar-winning actress, 47, who's mom to sons Bear, 9, and Joe, 19, and daughter Mia, 22. "I feel super grounded in myself, strong and solid." Her kids encouraged Winslet, who has been married to businessman Edward Abel Smith for 10 years, to take on her latest film, Avatar: The Way of Water, a sequel to the 2009 blockbuster Avatar. The movie reunites her with Titanic director James Cameron, 25 years after the epic romance made her a household name. "He called me and described the role, and I thought, "That sounds amazing," she says. "And my kids were like, 'Oh my God, Mom, you have to do it!'"
