Recognizing the limitations of traditional retail, they envisioned establishing a contemporary retail store featuring an on-site micro mill, a concept relatively unexplored in modern retailing. What distinguishes Fresh Mills is its innovative micro mill, seamlessly integrated into the store, affording customers the opportunity to witness the entire processing journey.
