The show takes place from January 16 to 18, 2026, at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown, 201 North 17th Street. And while Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is without a doubt a tourist destination, it is not known for particularly balmy weather in the middle of January. So what gets so many people braving the cold and snow to attend this show? In a word, quality.
Show Director Eric Orozco says, "Past attendees have dubbed the Philadelphia Pen Show the 'Quality Pen Show.' We don't strive for a hyper-modern, aggressively trendy, or overly exclusive vibe. Our personality isn't about being the biggest or the flashiest. It's about being a welcoming, authentic celebration of the joy of pens."
