Police Announce ₹1 Lakh For Main Accused In Hathras Murder Case

UTTAR Pradesh Police has announced a reward of ₹1 lakh for Gaurav Sharma, the main accused in the Hathras farmer murder case. The police has also announced ₹25,000 each on two of his accomplices. The incident made it to the state Assembly as well, where CM Yogi Adityanath held Samajwadi Party responsible.

Gaurav and five others shot at Amrish Kumar Sharma (48) when he was working in his field in Nauzarpur village in Hathras district on Monday. Gaurav had an FIR against him for allegedly molesting Amrish’s daughter in July 2018. Adityanath has promised strict action and directed the police to slap NSA against the accused.
