With 1,106 fresh coronavirus cases being reported on Friday, the national capital witnessed yet another single-day record for fresh cases, according to data provided by Health Minister Satyendar Jain. This is the second consecutive day that the city witnessed over 1,000 cases. While 82 more deaths were reported, Jain said that only 13 of these had taken place in the last 24 hours.
