WOMEN ARE REQUESTED TO SHARE THEIR EXPERIENCES
DANIEL CLARK
Commission is seeking input

WOMEN and girls in Plymouth who have suffered from violence are being invited to share their stories to help make the city safer.

The city’s new Violence Against Women and Girls Commission met for the first time this month to agree on areas of focus for the next three months. As part of its work, its will be inviting evidence and feedback from a wide-range of local organisations, victims and experts.

The commission is keen to hear from as many local people as possible, in order to understand how violence affects women and girls in Plymouth, but particularly, if you are female and have experienced or witnessed harassment or harm of any kind in Plymouth in the past five years, it is especially keen to hear from you and encourage you to share your experience.
