NEW DELHI: With 2,411 new cases, India on Saturday recorded highest-ever rise in the last 24 hours as the total number of confirmed COVID19 cases reached 37,776, out of which 26,535 are active cases.
In terms of recovery, Saturday brought considerable relief as the country witnessed 953 recoveries in a single day, the highest ever, with the number of cured patients rising to 10,018, taking the recovery rate to 26.51 per cent from 25.63 per cent.
