WE’RE turning into a nation of pasty vampires who rarely venture outside in the sun.

Almost six in 10 of work-from-home Brits never step outdoors for lunch breaks.

On average we enjoy 18 minutes less sunshine a day compared to before the pandemic.

And more than half of us have not had a summer holiday in two years, while three fifths plan to give foreign trips a miss this year, a study found.
