A BEAUTICIAN left seriously injured when she was crushed by a falling sofa yesterday welcomed guilty pleas by the men who dropped it from a rooftop.
Edita Butkeviciute, 31, was treated for a fractured spine and injuries to her legs and lungs following the horrific incident in Aberdeen.
At the city’s sheriff court yesterday, solicitors acting for Barrie Law, 27, and Lee Morrison, 33, entered guilty pleas in their absence to acting culpably and recklessly.
