It will soon be a year at Westin Mumbai Garden City. What have been the highpoints so far?

The year 2017 was a great one. The year saw the platform for the integration of the two companies being laid out. The smooth transitioning in to the Marriott portfolio has been the focus for the team and this will continue as we roll out various brand initiatives. As a hotel, we witnessed amazing results across key disciplines, RevPar growth, profitability, online reputation to name a few. Our people continued to excel and this gives me the greatest satisfaction.

How does it feel coming back to the city you started your career from?

It feels amazing, the city has a soul that is so captivating! For me reconnecting with old friends and experiencing the new opportunities the city has to offer has been brilliant.
